Bradley D. Blakeley


Bradley has won a number of appeals before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit, in the District Courts in California, Delaware, Illinois and Washington.  He routinely handles cases across the nation, including matters in the States of Alaska, Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin.  His work also transcends international boarders with representation of clients in trans-national litigation ranging from Canada to Mexico.

He was the lead commercial litigation and collection and attorney for Google and Western Union for many years where he built a law firm with offices in California, Delaware and New York.

Bradley is admitted to the bar in the State of California and is Board Certified - Creditors' Rights Law - American Board of Certification.  He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, Orange County Bankruptcy Forum, and Orange County Bar Association.  He received his undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University and his Juris Doctor from Santa Barbara College of Law.
